Membership at the BCCSC
The Branch County Conservation and Sportsmans Club (BCCSC) was founded in 1950. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering youth education and protecting our hunting, fishing, and outdoor natural resources. The club is administered by a 9-member Board of Directors. Our current membership totals approximately 225 members. BCCSC is located just south of Coldwater, Michigan at 302 Fenn Road. The club offers a heated clubhouse, one trap field, a 100, 200 & 300-yard (12) lane rifle range, a 20-yard pistol bay, and an indoor archery range. The club also hosts various women’s and youth shooting sports activities. The club is a great place to get together with friends and family for fellowship and fun.
Membership Dues
Membership dues are $100 for the full year, renewing annually on January 1st. There will be a $10 late fee assessed to payments made after January 1st without prior arrangements.
Membership dues do not include range fees at the rifle range or archery range, which are as follows:
Members: $3.00
Non-Members: $5.00
Youth: $1.00
Youth Non-Members: $3.00
New Member Dues
New members will pay an additional $25 initiation fee along with their first years membership dues. The first years dues are pro-rated depending on when your application and fees are submitted to the BCCSC. If you are joining after between October 1 and December 31, your membership will include the following year.

New Member Orientation
New members will successfully complete a New Member Orientation. Along with the download is the New Member Orientation documentation with a review at the end. Return the filled out application, sign the waiver on the back, complete the review along with payment and mail to BCCSC PO Box 334 Coldwater, MI 49036. You will be contacted email when your orientation will be. Orientations are done 1/2 hour before the monthly board meeting. Expedited membership is available for an additional fee of $75.
Unlimited Membership
Unlimited membership is an additional $100. All lane fees for the archery and rifle range will be waived. This includes spouses and children under the age of 18 while supervised by you.
Become a Member
1. Download and print the application from the Membership menu above (PDF)
2. Fill out the application completely
3. Read and sign the agreement
4. Mail to BCCSC P.O. Box 334 with new member dues listed above.
5. Attend a club orientation*
* You are required to attend a club orientation at a board meeting or a club-sanctioned match before membership is granted.
Once all the above requirements have been met, your membership card will be mailed within two weeks.
